Christina Daugherty JD

At C²Law, I work with our business clients on all disputed matters, including collections on delinquent accounts, contract disputes, and litigation.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000, I advised the Williamson County government on issues related to litigation while an associate with Buerger, Moseley, and Carson in Franklin and represented a wide range of clients in business, civil and criminal matters while a partner with Caitlin at Harpeth Law Group.

I also worked as an Assistant District Attorney General for both the 20th and 21st Judicial Districts in Middle Tennessee, and handled drug felony prosecutions for the 21st Judicial District Drug Task Force.

My primary goal always is to pursue the method of resolution that leads most efficiently and cost-effectively to the best outcome for my client. Having been in the court room practically since day one of my career, I understand fully what it takes to achieve success in litigation. But - my 12 years of experience have also taught me the value of alternative dispute resolution.

I live in Williamson County with my husband, son, and daughter, along with my dog. Although I only have one pet at the moment, I'm an avid animal lover. I served on the Board of Directors for Happy Tales Humane for many years and continue to serve in an advisory capacity to the Board.

P.S. I also work with clients on juvenile and domestic (divorce and post-divorce custody) matters, in addition to business litigation, civil litigation and criminal defense. To learn more about my other areas of practice, please visit our primary firm website at csquaredlaw.com.
